I have worked with Ollie for a couple of years now, both remotely and face-2-face. In that time I have seen great improvements in my strength, form and confidence. Ollie is very tough as a pt and pushes you. But he also takes into account any niggles, weakness, injuries you have and gives you other variations of exercises to suit while working on correcting the issue in the long term.He will encourage you to work harder. It’s a great feeling when you hit a PB. I have also attended a lot of his classes and they are the hardest I’ve done. Sort of hate them at the time, but after it’s a buzz because you pushed yourself and got through it.

"I have been a personal trainer and online coach since 2016, helping others achieve their best selves and becoming better still.I've been training since I was fifteen, if you could call farting around with a pair of dumbbells training. I had no idea what I was doing, no idea how to find out, and nobody to ask. I spent a year learning, and fell in love with it just before I turned seventeen, continuing my training as an apprentice and then further into coaching. Training has gotten me through some of the lowest points of my life, helping me deal with anxiety and autism, and is still one of my greatest passions a decade later.I don't have any PHDs, bachelors, or special qualifications. All I have is a decade of trial and error, testing and learning, then applying what I have learnt to both my own and my clients training.When I began coaching, I remember my instructors first lesson; Make your clients achieve a point where they no longer feel as if they need you. Since then, I have based all aspects of my business off that one statement; to provide information freely and plentifully, and ALWAYS strive to progress. It's not an easy ideal to base your bread off, but its changed lives, and that's all that matters."

FAQs
Q: What do you charge per session, and can I buy one-off sessions?A: I do not charge per session and sessions can not be purchased singularly or in a group-package. If I charged per session, I would have no reason to help you achieve your goal or provide anything outside the sessions, just to follow an unstructured workout and get you to buy the next block. If I charge per month, then I can have more as part of the package without inflating the price or fudging the service because you didn't pay for the most expensive option; you will get a program and your progress managed no matter what.
Q: What do you specialize in? Are there any particular areas you are better at than others?-A: I have always been a strength coach at heart; building muscle mass, getting stronger, and becoming leaner have always been the bread and butter of my service. There are other goals I can help with, but more specialized goals like training for a swim meet or a triathlon just aren't in my skillset.
Q: Do you offer customized training plans?-A: Yes. Every program, diet plan, and roadmap are all entirely holistic and are completely custom made from scratch. While this is generally overkill if your goal is just to put a few inches on your arms or some other goal, I find looking at the individuals needs and problem areas and seeking to cater towards them to be a much faster path to greater progress. And the best part, they are in every service, as a structured plan is the only assured way to achieve meaningful progress.
Q: How does online coaching work?A: Online coaching is all about making fitness fit your life. We start with a consultation done over google meets to talk about your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Based on that, I create a customized plan for you to follow on your own schedule. You’ll get workout routines nutrition guidance done over google sheets along with calorie, step, and cardio trackers along with that. Also, regular check-ins to keep you on track in the form of by-daily texts over whatsapp and weekly calls again over google meets. Plus I'm always here for questions and support. Think of it as having a coach in your corner, wherever you are.
Q: Can I still achieve my goals with online coaching?-A: Absolutely, and at your own pace and timing, without having to commit to regular sessions. Many people live busy schedules and aren't sure what time or days they can solidly get into the gym, or some others simply just don't like to have a trainer stand over their shoulder but still want the guidance. You can make training fit around your hours rather than a PTs, while getting the autonomy and close guidance you just wont get from most personal trainers.
Q: What if I have questions or need adjustments to my plan?-A: As part of the service, you will have my whatsapp to ask any questions as soon as they arrise, along with regularly scheduled times to sit down with a cup of coffee (or several cans of monster) and talk over any issues you may be having. All of my service has clear and constant communication at its heart to help you progress, so any questions you may be having or any adjustment you may feel needs to be made can be done so.
